My typical developer and business entrepreneur client is an individual or group of individuals who have some experience in real estate and business, and are putting together an investment team, a business plan, and contemplating purchasing property or acquiring a lease, and need legal counsel to advise on local government land use and zoning regulations, obtain conditional use permits and other approvals, review agreements, and help them
get off to a good start. After making an assessment of the client’s objectives and needs, I often help provide referrals for areas of expertise that the client will need to achieve success in their venture. The ultimate focus is on helping the client accomplish their goal.
