Real Estate

My typical investor client is an individual who is getting started in real estate investing and wants an attorney available to review contracts and other agreements, provide advice on available options, and generally be available if issues arise.  My typical developer and business entrepreneur client is an individual or group of individuals who have some experience in real estate and business, and are putting together an investment team, a business plan, and contemplating purchasing property or acquiring a lease, and need legal counsel to advise on local government land use and zoning regulations, obtain conditional use permits and other approvals, review agreements, and help them

get off to a good start.  After making an assessment of the client’s objectives and needs, I often help provide referrals for areas of expertise that the client will need to achieve success in their venture.  The ultimate focus is on helping the client accomplish their goal.
